TRACY FLITCROFT (F)

Tracy is an Advanced Practitioner: MSc Advanced Practice

ZAK BUX (M)

Zak is an Advanced Care Practitioner and is also an experienced Pharmacist and prescriber. He works alongside the medical team to diagnose and treat minor illness.

SAMANTHA BELL (F)

Samantha is an experienced Paramedic and prescriber. She is currently undertaking the Advanced Clinical Practitioner course. She assists the duty team with assessment and treatment of acute medical problems and carries out home visits.

Nurses

Practice Nurses are qualified registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and annual reviews. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

HOLLY HEYES (F)

Holly is an experienced Practice Nurse who delivers chronic disease reviews, cytology and immunisations, amongst other nursing responsibilities.

NATALIE BRETHERTON (F)

Natalies one of our Practice Nurses who is able to provide chronic disease reviews, vaccinations and will soon be able to undertake smear tests.

SHAN GUEST (F)

Shan is an experienced Practice Nurse and Nurse Prescriber, who specialises all chronic diseases, Family Planning and Contraception implants and removals.

LOUISE WELSBY (F)

Louise is an experienced Assistant Practitioner who supports the medical team and carries out tasks such as vaccinations, blood tests, chronic disease reviews, blood pressure, learning disability checks, health promotion.

JANE JONES (F)

Jane is an experienced Health Care Assistant and assists the medical team with things such as blood test, blood pressure checks, learning disability reviews.

LEIA JONES (F)

Leia is one of our Practice Nurses who is able to provide chronic disease reviews, vaccinations and smear tests.

TRACY PARRY

Tracy is an MSK practitioner, who is available for patients to book appointments with. She is an experienced clinician who has ample knowledge in Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions which affect the muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissues that support the body's limbs, neck, and back

MICHAEL COOK (M)

Michael is a Specialist Mental Health Practitioner, who is available for patients to book an appointment with. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is able to refer patients and prescribe.

TYLER O'NEILL

Tyler is a Social Prescriber who works across the Farnworth and Kearsley PCN. He supports patients by navigating them to appropriate help with social issues.

JAYNE SPOTWOOD

Jayne is a Social Prescriber working across Farnworth and Kearsley PCN who supports patients by navigating them to appropriate help with social issues.

Pharmacy Team

MICHELLE KERSH

Michelle is an experienced Pharmacist and prescriber. She carries out medication reviews, arranges prescriptions, medication changes and answers prescribing related questions.

KRISTY DUMBARTON

Kristy is a Medicines Management Technician who undertakes our drug safety work. She works alongside our Pharmacy and Clinical team to manage prescribing within the Practice.

LADEN KASIM

Laden is an experienced Pharmacist that works on behalf of Farnworth and Kearsley PCN. She undertakes complex medication reviews and is available to book an appointment with.

EMMA BOOTH

Emma is a Medicines Management Technician working on behalf of Farnworth and Kearsley PCN. She works alongside our team to manage prescribing within the Practice.

Practice Management

NATALIE KAKOULLIS

Natalie is our Business Manager and is an experienced NHS manager. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Primary Care Management – Business and Finance, the AMSPAR Diploma in Practice Management, a Diploma in Business Performance and Coaching, and is a Patient Safety Leader. Natalie is responsible for the overall management of the business and finances of the practice, ensuring the organisation remains sustainable and continues to provide high-quality services for our patients. She also supports the management teams across all of our practice sites, helping to drive service improvement, operational efficiency, and the delivery of safe, effective patient care.

LAUREN LECKIE

Lauren is our Practice Manager and holds an AMSPAR Diploma in Primary Care Management. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring that services operate smoothly and efficiently. Her role includes overseeing practice operations, supporting and managing staff, coordinating IT systems, handling patient complaints, and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. Lauren also monitors the quality of our services to ensure the practice meets the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). She works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care for our patients.

CLARE BOWDLER

Clare is our experienced Assistant Practice Manager and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the practice. She works closely with the management team, assisting with staff management and training to help ensure our team continues to provide high-quality care and service. Clare is also our Complaints Lead and Infection Prevention and Control Lead, overseeing these areas to help maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and continuous improvement across the practice.

Administration

Tina, Jean and Donna. Our Administration team deal with a variety of Practice administration including audit and reporting, patient registrations, information technology and trainees and students placed at the Practice.

Reception

Helen, Jen, Jacinta, Helen, Sue, Ann-Marie, Lorraine, Carol, Jennifer, Debbie, Sophie, Teegan, Kate, Megan, Mia, Leoni & Anamia. Led by their managers Marie and Fiona, our team of trained Medical Receptionists are the initial point of contact for enquiries and have additional medical training to help them navigate patients to the right person within a safe timeframe. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They manage all appointments, order prescriptions and deal with patient enquiries. They are also trained to be present during physical examinations, should the patient or GP request this. They are required to ask certain questions in order to deal with a request in the most appropriate way. They are here to help patients and support the medical team and we appreciate them being treated with kindness, courtesy and patience.

Secretaries

Allison, Leanne, Emma and Vicki. Our secretarial team deal with referrals to other services, processing hospital letters and practice documents and requests for reports and medical records.
